Colin has a broad background of strategic roles in global automotive Tier 1 and further experience gained in the subcontract engineering industry supplying prestigious Aerospace, Automotive and Medical brands. He leads MEP's management team in striving to continuously deliver industry-leading service levels to our customers.
With extensive knowledge of every aspect of the business, Sue’s calm and methodical approach to compliance and governance, Sue supports central services and Finance through project management of business process improvements, in-direct contract management - and above all keeps the Board in check.
CIPD qualified and having worked in every in direct function of the business, Helen successfully completed MEP’s High Potentials programme. Helen is central to the Management Team with detailed operational knowledge of our systems and processes. Leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Planning, Helen’s focus on meeting our customers’ needs is instrumental in ensuring that MEP’s operations run smoothly and effectively, supporting our customers’ success.
Jamie has a wealth of engineering and production knowledge enabling him to offer the best solutions with a great approach to working with our customers. He has built a vast supplier and sub-contract knowledge over his career, striving to exceed customer expectations and go beyond just offering MEP solutions – if we can’t manufacture in house, then Jamie will know the right Supply Chain partner to use. Jamie is at his happiest when helping our customers meets their goals and objectives.
Chris joined MEP in 2023, bringing over a decade of aerospace manufacturing experience from various roles within production engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing management. Chris holds a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Greenwich. Chris works to improve our manufacturing operations, ensuring our factory runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. Outside of work, Chris is a keen golfer and lives in Rochester with his girlfriend and Goldendoodle puppy, Mitsy.
With a B.Eng Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Phill joined MEP on our Graduate program in 2018. Experiencing all aspects of the business, completing a secondment to the Aerospace Growth Partnership and successfully project managing one of our ATI funded innovation projects, Phill enthusiastically heads up our Business Development activities and is our main contact for all customer enquiries.
Owen graduated from University of Greenwich in 2022 with a first class M.Eng Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and joinedMEP on our graduate program. Based in Business Development and Engineering, bringing fresh perspective on both legacy and new products and how they are made precisely and competitively. He also assists in the management of ATI funded Innovation project, AEPEC. Owen has also proudly represented his country playing Korfball, a Dutch team sport.
Experienced in customer service and business development, Lindie is laser-focused on demand and fulfilment. If you know MEP, you know Lindie. She understands the needs of all our customers and liaises with the whole MEP team to deliver prompt and accurate information to them, with a positive and cheery attitude.
With over 20 years of Accounting experience across many industries, Chrissie is AAT qualified and manages MEP’s Finance team, ensuring operational excellence and financial compliance. Chrissie takes pride in ensuring that the Management Team and Board have the data, analysis and information required to make excellent business decisions.
