In addition to the standard engineering practices, such as Milling, Turning, Moulding etc. we also offer the following services: -

Tooling - Full design, manufacture and proving of Mould tools, jigs, fixtures and ancillary special equipment.

Research and Development - R & D is undertaken in all areas of the business, supported by data sheets, performance / test results.

Light assemblies - A wide variety of assembling, including bonding, helicoil and screw lock inserts fitting, and many other activities.

Full Third Party Management - This includes the management of specialist in Plating, Painting, NDT, brazing etc. etc. etc. All third parties are fully vendor rated by us, even if they are Customer specified / nominated.

Finishing - We offer a wide range of finishing disciplines on site, including deflashing / deburring by hand, rumbling, shot blasting etc.

Identification - Engraving / filling / Hot foil printing where called for.

Kitting - Special packing of parts, including Kits, prior to dispatch to aid storage and assembly at our customers.

Project Management - Due to the wide scope of manufacture, all under the one roof, we are able to offer excellent service in managing projects from concept / design stage right through to delivery of finished goods.

Technical Service - A full technical service is available and encouraged to all our customers, from product design involvement, through research and development, to production. This ensures that new products are manufacture-able from the onset, fit for function and cost effective.

Electronic Trading - EDI and drawings can be handled with ease, as we have CAD CAM facilities.
