Insulators and Insulation

We manufacture precision components from plastic laminates and sheet for electrical and / or mechanical purposes. These include gasket materials, sawn, guillotined, routed, pressed and stamped components.

Some examples of Insulator and Insulation materials we process are: -

PTFE, Nylon, Acetal, Polypropylene, PEEK, (all either unfilled or filled), Polycarbonate, Perspex, Melinex / Mylar, Kapton, Nomex, Kapton Nomex composites, Mica, SRBP’s, SRBF’s, Epoxy or synthetic resin bonded glass sheets, EBGB's.
