Machining - Manual

For very small batches, secondary operations and finishing, from one off, we maintain a manual machining section for the manufacture of precision parts in all plastics and metals.

This gives us the ability to match the right level of machining to the product's requirment, and therefore offer an effective method which is reflected in the cost.

Some examples of materials we machine are:

Nylatron, PTFE, Nylon 66, Acetal, HDPE, LDPE, PEEK, Torlon (all either filled or unfilled), Polycarbonate, Perspex, SRBP’s, SRBF’s, EBGB's, Epoxy or synthetic resin bonded glass rod / sheet, brass, copper, bi-metallics, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and hi-bred alloys, cast iron, magnetic iron.
