Our extensive in-house CNC turning and milling facilities produce everything from simple turned items through to complex milled parts, quickly and cost-effectively.

We manufacture small to medium batch sized components to tight tolerances in all metals, ferrous and non-ferrous, all plastic materials and hi-bred specials, including glass, mineral and carbon reinforced thermoplastic and thermoset materials.

Some examples of materials we machine are: -

Brass, copper, bi-metallics, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and hybrid alloys, phoshor bronze, cast iron, magnetic iron, Nylatron, PTFE, Nylon, Acetal, HDPE, LDPE, PEEK, Torlon, Polycarbonate, Perspex, SRBP, SRBF, EBGB, Epoxy or synthetic resin bonded glass rod  and laminate, carbon fibre filled thermoset materials.
