Moulding - Thermoplastic Injection

We produce components in all thermoplastic material, from general purpose materials up to engineering thermoplastics and then right through to high performance hybrids. Components can be produced for high electrical, mechanical, thermal or insulating applications. We can also mould in metallic inserts, if required.

As we have a full machine shop, we manufacture all the metal inserts and carry out any secondary operation in-house, giving full control over quality standards, planning and time frames.

Mouldings can be engraved / part marked, paint filled, painted, RFI and EMI shielded, Non Destructive Tested (NDT), and some can even be plated on request.

Some examples of Thermoplastic materials we injection mould include:

Nylons, Acetal, HDPE, LDPE, PEEK, Torlon, PPS - all of which can have various modifiers and fillers such as mineral, glass or carbon fibres to enhance the specific properties required for application.
