Supply Chain in the 21st Century - February 2009

As part of the SC21 program we undertook the Manufacturing Excellence assessment with the support and assistance of Goodrich Power Systems and BAE Systems.  The Company’s Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan (CSIP) is instigated to deal with the outputs of the assessment and to become the central point of all improvement activities within the business.
