Lean Manufacturing - March 2006

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement we conducted a Lean Manufacturing in the Office event over 4 days during February and March 2006.

EEF South provided the training, looking at our administrative processes from enquiry receipt to works instruction issuing to the shop floor.

Although a few areas were tackled during the event there are now a number of projects in place to implement the improvements identified by the Lean team.
