Investors in People - March 2006

In May 2005 we decided that with all the good work we carry out with personnel and training it would be good to get this officially recognised and we registered with Investors in People.

Our first assessment in June 2005 showed a few areas we needed to do some work on.  This resulted in a managed program to remedy these issues and also to improve some of the other areas that although we meet the Investors in People standard we felt were more important.

Over the next 7-8 months the improvement program went according to plan which resulted in our re-assessment in February 2006.  We passed the assessment with flying colours and in March it was confirmed that we were recognised as an Investor in People.
